Contact Donate Asylum support discontinuations advice Asylum support discontinuations and homelessness We have put together a guide to help people in asylum accommodation who are receiving either a grant of refugee status or a refusal of their asylum claim. Click here for our guide. Streamlining The Home Office is currently in a process of streamlining some asylum claims in order to make decisions and clear the backlog of asylum claims by the end of 2023. This is causing some confusion and the processing of claims is also causing problems when peoples asylum support is discontinued.
