Team Quest has been deeply engaged recently in exploring the topic of positive mental health and well-being for children. We firmly believe that cultivating an understanding of self-care early on is invaluable. Over the past few months, our team has been actively leading assemblies and workshops centered around the vital message: 'It's ok to not be ok'. In support of Mental Health Week, they will be sharing the inspiring story of David, who bravely faced the giant Goliath against all expectations. They aim to empower children with the knowledge that they don't have to confront their challenges alone and to encourage them to reach out to trusted individuals for support. 💚 #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealth (fb)

I enjoy the endless chats the help whenever you need it the cooking and the stuff they plan week Robs Story Rob was referred to our Alternative Education programme at the start of Y10 at which time he was experiencing social problems with local gangs experimenting quite heavily with drugs and Bens Story See Bens journey of how his life has been transformed through firstly the opportunity to volunteer at one of Valley CiDS Lighthouse charity shops and then gaining employment at Turner Laurens Story Karen and I went to Blend in the middle of June where I met Donna Molyneaux.
