The countdown to Carers Week has begun! This year's theme: Caring about equality highlights the urgent need to recognise and support unpaid carers, who too often go unseen and unheard. At Carers Support, we know that unpaid carers face daily challenges that can affect their health, finances, careers, and opportunities, simply because they care for a friend or family member. Caring responsibilities aren’t shared equally in society, and it’s time to change that. As we count down to Carers Week, we're inviting all carers registered with us to join in a week of recognition and relaxation. From the 9th of June, we’ve planned a variety of online and in-person events designed just for you. A chance to take a well-deserved break, connect with others, and celebrate your vital role.
