🌟Transformation Tuesday 🌟 Last year we supported Stuartfield Public Hall through our Investing in Spaces and Places grant, via Asda Peterhead. 🛒 It’s National Foodbank Day – a time to recognise the vital role foodbanks play in supporting communities across the UK. We’re proud to spotlight Food for Families, who we recently funded through our Foodbank Fundamentals grant, via Asda Huddersfield. They received £600, which will be used to top up on essential items not covered by regular donations. Run by 20 volunteers, they serve 150+ meals weekly, run a daily ‘free food’ table, and provide emergency parcels to those in crisis. The £600 funding they received will be used to purchase staple items like beans, cereals, and sandwich fillings to meet growing demand.
