Immediate CARESaves Lives Volunteer doctors nurses paramedics and other healthcare professionals alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service delivering enhanced critical care to seriously injured and unwell patients. What We Do Teams comprise between 2 and 4 members per shift operating with a Clinical Lead and a Clinical Support as a minimum. The shift team is often supported by a Vehicle Commander performing blue light emergency response driving. In addition and as part of our commitment to training and development the team will be joined by trainee members or observers gaining valuable experience which is very difficult to attain in any other platform.
