We’re proud to share that User Voice has been recommissioned by NHS England (London Region) to deliver the Adult Patient and Public Voice (PPV) Services for the next three years. This vital work ensures that people using health services in the justice system have their voices heard, valued, and embedded in service design, delivery, and improvement. Delivered by our team of PPV representatives, all with lived experience, they ensure those in the system shape healthcare across London’s prisons, immigration removal centres, and liaison & diversion services. We’re honoured to continue supporting that meaningful engagement, co-production, and accountability across the secure estate, ensuring that healthcare outcomes for those in the justice system are equivalent to those in the wider community.
