A huge thank you to all of our volunteers and supporters, we will be tidying up, doing a review to see how what changes we can make and then taking a break for a while. Thanks to your donations we were able to provide a full Christmas dinner with the trimmings (including sprouts) for 43 guests and 10 of the ambulance crew next door to us 😊 We get through on average 40kg of potatoes, 10kg of carrots, 10kg of cabbage, 130 pigs in blankets, 8 turkey crowns. 300 mince pies and 27 tubs of chocolates! Without your support we couldn't do this for those who need our support at this time of year. Nothing goes to waste, any left over food is given to The Haven and the other charities that support the homeless and less fortunate the rest of the year. (fb)
