We are so pleased to announce our partnership with Sun Books World Literacy Foundation. Sun Books is an amazing initiative developed by the World Literacy Foundation. They provide tablets loaded with over 800 books and activities to schools in Africa and South America. It can be really hard to get enough good quality books with relevant content to schools in Ghana so it's incredible that our students will now be able to access so many books. They even have the option to create their own books in their local language (Fante) for other users around the world to read! Here is Emmanuel, our headteacher, training the teachers how to use the Sun Books app on the new tablets. (fb)

Education in Ghana for children who need it most Highquality education is for everyone not just those who can afford it. Our school based in Saltpond Ghana educates children who would otherwise have no other schooling. Our students mostly live in beach huts or derelict overcrowded buildings. They often have only one parent and some are sadly orphaned.
