At just 12 years old, Rafi's world changed when he suffered a life-changing stroke, spending over a year in hospital. But that wasn’t the end of his story — it was the beginning of a new chapter. Thanks to support from the Boparan Charity, Rafi received his first running frame… and he hasn’t stopped running since — going on to win gold and silver medals in the 100m and 200m! This weekend, Rafi now 25 will take on his biggest challenge yet: 13.1 miles on his running frame at the Great North Run.
