Tomorrow, Sunday 5th October, is our Dedication Festival, when we celebrate the founding of this church by St Cedd in the 7th century. It is particularly special this year to welcome the Revd Canon Dr Sarah Hills as our preacher at the 9.30am Mass. Sarah is the Vicar of Lindisfarne, from where St Cedd was sent to re-establish Christianity in Essex. We also have 'Building Faith' in the Main Hall at 8am, Said Mass in church at 8am and BCP Evening Prayer on Zoom at 6.30pm. Welcome The church is open daily 9am 4pm in Winter and 9am 5pm in Summer and people are welcome to visit. Worship Our main services are as follows Sundays 8am Mass 9. 30am Parish Mass 6. 30pm Evening Service The Evening Service may be in person or on Zoom please see newsletter Wednesdays 11am Mass You would be very welcome to attend.
