From forest governance to cocoa production 🌱🍫 On a recent trip to Satipo, Peru, we saw the strength of our partners: ➡️ Central Asháninka Río Ene : 150 women came together for the II Asháninka Women’s Congress, demanding health and education rights and expanding the Ama Ene leadership group to 20 members. ➡️ Kemito ene : Asháninka farmers walked us through the cocoa value chain, from riverside unloading to the Satipo processing plant - building sustainable livelihoods while protecting forests.
