🌟 We are so proud to share that our amazing Penny Rosemond has been shortlisted in this year’s North East Charity Awards! 🌟 At just 17, Penny became a Peer Researcher with NE Youth after facing serious challenges — including youth violence and school exclusions. Through the Peer Action Collective (PAC) programme, she’s turned those tough experiences into something truly powerful: change. Penny now works to create safer communities, support her peers, and make sure young people’s voices are heard loud and clear. 💙 Caroline Evans from Gateshead Council calls her: “A real champion for young people... an inspirational role model.” We couldn’t agree more.
