Last week, Trauma Recovery UK - TRC was hosted by American Museum & Gardens in their stunning Coach House to provide a fun and creative session for some client families during the summer holidays, whilst their parents and carers were able to enjoy some time exploring and relaxing in the beautiful gardens. This new Partnership joins together two Bath based organisations to further help children, young people and families recover from trauma. We had a wonderful team day today meeting together as Trauma Recovery Centres across Bath, Oxford and Guernsey as well as being joined by hopeful new team from another new Centre in the UK! We loved hearing from our Founder and Chair of Trustees, Betsy de Thierry MBE, for a whole day of training on her pioneering BdT Trauma Recovery Focused Model (TRFM®) as she equipped us further in the specialist field of trauma recovery! It's so important to wrestle with our understanding of this complex field and we love doing this as a team, united with hope and excitement for the year ahead! #traumarecoveryispossible #trc (fb)

Home About Who we are Contact Us Support Us More. We provide 11 Psychotherapy Creative Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring with children and young peopleaged between 3 to 24 years old. At the same time as the children and young people have their Therapy or Therapeutic Mentoring session we alsoprovide holistic intergenerational supportto the parentscarers withspecialistgroup learning and support over a cup of tea. We work with families and provide access to Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring for as long as it takes for symptoms to reduce often for more than 12 months.
