🌿 A brilliant final Freshwater Safari with St Benedict's Catholic High School today, with a tree beat-up in a local landowner’s field; clearing weeds and grass to help young trees grow strong 🌳💪 Over the past 6 weeks they’ve: 🧭 Done orienteering 🐸 Pond dipped for freshwater species 🔍 Played classification and migration games 🌱 Learnt about INNS 🔥 Lit their own sustainable fires and made S’mores 😋 🎯 Had loads of outdoor fun in their local freshwater environment 😀 #freshwatersafari #outdoorlearning #westcumbriariverstrust #natureconnection (fb)
