We are here to help people to maintain their good mental health; support people who are experiencing poor mental health & eliminate the stigma. St. Helens Mind aims to promote and preserve good mental health and to assist those experiencing mental distress to regain their full potential. Our aim is to support people aged 18+ who are experiencing mental health difficulties in St. Helens Borough. All our services are based around the Social Inclusion Model. We encourage people who have become socially isolated due to the effects of mental illness to play a more active part within their local community. Currently we provide a Volunteer Befriending Service, Social Groups in all area of the borough, social activites, and an allotment. We operate in the Borough of St Helens.
