Wow- what a fantastic day out Summer Splash was! It was a day of first galas, medals, PBs and a lot of fun! As always, our amazing volunteer led club put on a great day of competitive swimming in an inclusive, organised and relaxed way! A massive thankyou to some people who it simply would’nt have been possible to pull off without their help…Tracey, Shane, Veronica, Danny, Lisa, Lyra, Anna and Orla. Chuck, Ian, Mark, Stephen, Annie, Kathryn, Phil, Ben, Mark, Nicola, Mel, Mary. All our fab officials including John and Ollie who were amazing but itching to also be racing too I’m sure! And to our two lovely lifeguards for keeping us all safe. I’m sorry if I’ve missed anyone, you are all very much appreciated for giving up your time to help these community events happen!
