Mental Health Awareness Week! 🌿 This year's theme is Community, a topic linked closely to what makes Cyclopark Charity what it is today! 💚 It's no secret that exercising is key to good mental health, and with exercising, often you'll find community... 🧠💪🤝 Over the past few years, we have pioneered new sessions, using our existing facilities and expert instructors to create a series of on-going Community Health Initiatives for the local people of all backgrounds to engage with 🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♂️👥 These sessions have not only improved people's physical health, but has also massively improved their mental health, well-being and social circles 💓🙂🗣️ Our ever growing community; consisting of gym goers, local families, recreational cyclists, those living with disabilities and everything in between, have allowed us to win Gravesham's Best Community-Focused Business back in 2023, but also transformed hundreds of lives along the way 🏆🌟💫 Here are just some of the impacts we have made for those in our local community 👇 https://cyclopark.com/people-stories/ 🔗 (fb)
