SEEN ARE RECRUITING! Volunteer Coordinator REQUIRED SEEN is looking for a part-time Volunteer coordinator, with a counselling background to recruit, train, manage and oversee our volunteers at SEEN. The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership and oversight of the SEEN Volunteer Programme and support the wider development of the Volunteer Programme at SEEN. The Volunteer Coordinator will work to ensure volunteers feel equipped and supported to use their skills and lived experience in a range of established volunteer roles. They will also work with the team to develop and recruit volunteers for new roles that support SEEN to deliver on its aims and objectives. The role will involve maintaining close working relationships with our Director and Lead Counsellor. This role requires someone to work 12 hours a week.
