Change the Record catching some rays in Hebden Bridge ☀ Timed perfectly with some recent waves of sunshine, this cohort of women working as leaders in music gathered for a two day retreat at @ioucreationcentre, reflecting and connecting, discussing authenticity and self-care - growing together 🌱 One participant said "it was an absolute joy to spend a few days laughing my head off, learning, eating loads, and resting". Another reflected it was a "magical and surreal experience" 🗣 This initial feedback reaffirms the power connecting, listening, and being heard and understood can have on people - especially in an industry as tough as music is today!
