Rather disgusted...... When you get someone calling into OnTrak with a bike and demanding we fix it. Didnt even get the bike from us.! Then grabbing a bike which had just been donated by a kind gentleman, after been told we dont work like that..she insisted she could have it as it had just been donated ( Yes to OnTrak not you)....proceeded to put it into her car boot...Then when confronted about it she said she was being Harassed!!!! and she was calling the Police (not a problem)! Drove off with the bike in her car boot (Stole it).! with the boot lid open as she couldnt fit it in Must have thought better of it....she sent one of her children back with it who asked if he could donate the bike to OnTrak.!!!!!!!!!...... Got your picture and your car reg. Please do NOT come back......you were very rude, and you said you were a Social Worker.!!! DISGUSTING. (fb)
