Our friends at the John Hall Wellness Garden will be hosting a Wellbeing Festival on Saturday the 19th July from 10am-4pm. We can not wait to visit this beautiful garden again! This is the perfect way to experience the gardens and celebrate the importance of looking after our wellbeing. The festival will include demonstrations such as TaiChi, yoga, arts and crafts, workshops and talks. A Child of Mine will be there to share a little about our work and talk about the importance of supporting each other through grief and bereavement.
