“Since I was a little girl, I dreamt of working in the hotel industry and connecting with people globally. My father, a proud employee of a five-star hotel, would take me on weekend rides to his workplace, sharing stories of the joy he found in working there. Growing up, I never imagined I would be able to attend Tourism College since my family could not afford it. Until one day, my father came home with a great news about a scholarship, which opened the door for me to pursue my dream of working in the hospitality industry. The scholarship not only provided financial support, but also mentoring from a Hotel General Manager, who guided me through my studies until graduation. With newfound skills and confidence, I climbed the ranks in the hospitality industry. Today, as Assistant Front Office Manager at AYANA Segara Bali, part of AYANA Resort BALI , I owe my success to the Inspirasia Foundation scholarship.
