FRIENDS OF YOUNG CARERS We are so thrilled to have received a grant from Tesco Stores Community Grant in their April/May/June token scheme. This will really help with our schedule of Summer Activities for the Young Carers. The Young Carers particularly love the Wokingham Waterside Centre and a big thank you to Aldermaston Coach Lines for the transport. (fb)

Friends of Young Carers West Berkshire Friends of Young Carers WestBerkshire Our charity wasset up in 2013 to raise awareness of the difficulties faced by Young Carers. Due to their responsibilities at home Young Carers often miss out on opportunities to play and learn they can feel under pressure and isolated and they may struggle with their schoolwork. Your contribution will help us fund a variety of activities for example swimming and rugby lessons first aid courses judo and a whole range of pure fun events with other children offering them the chance to experience a more normal childhood. We are a Registered Charity Charity Number 1156680 with the aim of raising money andproviding for these experiences.
