Staff Spotlight: Stephanie Landry Lead PRS Resettlement Officer | 12 Years of Service We’re proud to highlight Stephanie, our Lead PRS Resettlement Officer at YMCA Cardiff, who has dedicated over 12 years to supporting people experiencing homelessness. Steph plays a vital role in helping individuals move into independent accommodation through the private rented sector. From assisting with Rent in Advance and bond support, to liaising with landlords and providing ongoing guidance around benefits, wellbeing, and tenancy support, her work makes a lasting impact. Thanks to her dedication, many of our residents have been able to break the cycle of homelessness and build stable futures. Steph’s progression from Support Worker to Lead Officer is a true reflection of her commitment, skill, and the difference she continues to make.
