T 01635 500849 E emailprotected News Contact We house and support care leavers and young homeless About Bridge for Young People Young People and Children First known as Bridge for Young People provides a home and support to young people aged 1625 who are leaving care or who are homeless. We currently have three houses in West Berkshire Cornerstone Rebecca House and Hope House. Our residents have typically experienced varying challenges during their childhood. We provide them with a stable home emotional support and practical help during this crucial time as they move into independence.
