Championing Portland, its people and potential. Island Community Action (ICA) is a local charity based on the wonderful and unique Island of Portland in Dorset. ICA supports the residents and communities of Portland, Dorset to achieve maximum levels of mental, physical and social wellbeing. We do this through a range of activities, from services for older adults to learning and training opportunities for younger people. ICA represents the Island, and also provides support for other local groups and those wishing to volunteer or offer volunteer roles.
