The overall aim and objectives of NHG continue to be the enhancement of peoples lives including community cohesion in the ethnic minority communities of Birmingham and surrounding areas. Our vision is to build an empowered inclusive communityfocused and sustainable organisation dedicated to improving the capacity and quality of life of the most disadvantaged and deprived communities. Our Mission is to deliver change and encourage ethnic minority communities BME to address issues of social health and economic exclusion poverty social isolation and illhealth through the provision of highquality and tailored services that focus on our four key priority areas Training Employment Education Health and Mental wellbeing including Basic Counselling Arts and Heritage Community Engagement and Community Cohesion.
