Jubilee+ was founded following the 2008 global financial crisis as an initiative within the Newfrontiers group of churches. Leadership and Team

The organization is led by Natalie Williams, who became Chief Executive in April 2021. Natalie brings a personal understanding of poverty, having grown up in a deprived area of Hastings. She has authored several books, including Invisible Divides and 'Tis Mercy All, highlighting her commitment to church-based mercy and poverty relief. Other key team members include Christina Duerden as Chief Operating Officer and Rosie Hopley, who leads the Formed project, focusing on leadership training for individuals with lived experience of poverty.
