It was a privilege to welcome members of the Wales Committee of The National Lottery Community Fund/ Cronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol to our WeMindTheGap hub in Wrexham today. Their visit gave us the opportunity to share, first-hand, the incredible work their funding has made possible across North Wales. During the meaningful visit, our WeDiscover team proudly showcased the day-to-day activities with our Gappies and the positive impact the programme is having on young people throughout the region. Thanks to National Lottery Wales funding, we’re also able to deliver these programmes in both Welsh and English which is essential as we grow our programmes in to North West Wales. A special thank you goes to Logan, one of our WeBelong alumni, who spoke with the committee about how WeMindTheGap has transformed his life. He also shared details of a new project he’s been instrumental in developing. We’re truly grateful to him for joining us today and sharing his story.
