Forest of Hearts operates under a mission to create and maintain green spaces that foster health and wellbeing while protecting the environment. Their main activities include:

• Green Therapy: Offering weekly horticultural sessions to improve mental and physical wellbeing, promoting social interaction and skill development within local communities.
• Great Gardens: Designing and creating wildlife-friendly community gardens that are accessible and enjoyed by various community groups, including NHS hospitals.
• Green Team Events: Organising corporate team-building activities that focus on environmental conservation, aligning with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) principles.
