Charity providing training & life coaching to disadvantaged people through our bike project and new horticulture project. We aim to remove barriers & help people get active through Cycling & Horticulture around the Humber Engaging with communities to improve their quality of life, wellbeing and skills through innovative and engaging projects which encourage people to get outdoors, be more active and develop new skills, primarily in the Yorkshire and Humber area, in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs. These activities aid carbon reduction through cycles and horticulture.
