Spent a lovely afternoon at the board games session at the Bay Horse in Ashton today. The dominoes made an appearance and we had a few games while putting the world to rights. Great way to end the week. (fb)

How we do this By developing a circle of support around an individual bringing people together around a person to share ideas about making a positive change in their lives. This change can be anything from getting out and about more to starting a new hobby or restarting an old one or creating opportunities to spend more time with friends or family.
