We are a volunteer-run museum open Saturdays 10am-4pm plus Thursdays in the school holidays. Square Rd, Halifax, HX1 1QG. T: 01422 384721 The museum is run by volunteer enthusiasts to share the industrial heritage of Calderdale with all. TO CONSERVE PRESERVE AND DISPLAY ITEMS OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM IN CALDERDALE FOR THE EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.

After a short break over Easter our Wednesday talks continue this month, when we welcome back Philip Hellawell, who will give us a very enjoyable and informative talk on the Halifax high-level railway. The talk is next Wednesday, 21st May and doors open at 7pm. Entry is free for members and £5 for non-members. Refreshments are available for a donation of £1.
