Promoting Social Mobility Diversity in STEM This is our mission In2scienceUK exists to unlock the potential of young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds and boost diversity and inclusion in the sector to ensure the UK remains at the forefront of science technology engineering and maths STEM based industries. With salaries in STEM being 20 higher than other sectors this helps young people progress to betterpaid jobs and economic stability. Our programmes Our three dynamic programmes are your gateway to a future filled with innovation discovery and endless opportunities. The In2STEM programme formerly In2science summer programme is open to year 12 and S5S6 students the programme features inperson STEM placements workshops skills sessions panel discussions and public engagement competitions.
