Our client Joseph was left homeless after coming to the UK on the Health and Care worker visa, then exploited and abandoned by his sponsor. In an open letter to the Home Secretary, we are calling for increased penalties for employers who abuse sponsored workers, and for workers to be given more time to find a new sponsor and rebuild their lives.
