Community Change Programme (CCP) provides support to people affected by and in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Community project of Victory Outreach Manchester The mission of Community Change Programme is to inspire vulnerable people to make positive life changes. We work within the local community to relieve the effects of poverty on families and help socially excluded people, e.g. substance abusers to reintegrate into society and improve their employability education, training, and work experience.
