Life Past The Post.We retrain and rehome former Racehorses. Home to Goldream, Nearly Caught, Burrow Seven, Scampi & others less known but just as worthy. New Beginnings provide a safe and secure environment where former racehorses can adjust and be re-trained for their second career following racing. Horses come to us either straight from the trainer / owner or from private post-racing homes. The charity's objects are to relieve the suffering of former racehorses in need of care and attention by providing and maintaining a rescue home or other facilities, and to promote humane behaviour towards them by providing care, protection, treatment and security where in need by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in these matters.
