We would like to wish the best of luck to our 59 runners who will be running the AJ Bell Bristol 10k tomorrow in support of LAM Action. This is the largest contingent we have had participating for the charity and look forward to the fundraising and awareness that this brings. One of the runners, Harriet Davidson, is a LAM patient who has dedicated the past six months to progressively training for this event. As LAM Action's 6 London Marathon runners recover from Sunday's exertions. We're pleased to reveal that we can add another name to the list: Oleksandr Tsymbal (Sasha), originally from Ukraine. Sasha's a project manager from Cambridge who back in March asked to carry his LAM Action place over to next year because of a hip injury. But on Sunday morning he decided he would go for it! He managed a very creditable time of 4 hours 21 minutes, despite the pain.
