Oxford's oldest brass band welcomes new players and opportunities to play throughout Oxfordshire. RUNNING BANDS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS (SENIOR, TRAINING, BEGINNERS AND RECEPTION) TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY MUSIC, PROVIDING TUITION AND GUIDANCE TO HELP PLAYERS DEVELOP. ENCOURAGING NEW MEMBERSHIP, PROVIDING A WELCOMING AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. PERFORMING AT CONCERTS AND LOCAL EVENTS.

City of Oxford Silver Band We are a friendly brass band with four active ensembles. We offer the opportunity to play at events all year round and welcome enquiries from experienced brass and percussion players as well as beginners and improvers. We also have our own hall which is available for local groups to hire. New Musical Opportunities We have some fabulous positions available for enthusiastic brass and percussion musicians looking for a new challenge.
