How lucky are we to have such a fantastic supportive community here in North West Leicestershire? Our friends at Swannington held their annual plant sale on Saturday raising over £1700 for Bright Hope. There was plenty of delicious cake on offer too. Welcome to Bright Hope in North West Leicestershire Our mission and vision Bright Hope offers a range of therapeutic and social care services in North West Leicestershire. The charity supports individuals who have a life limiting condition or one that leads to a significant reduction in quality of life as well as offering support to their partner carer or family. Our history Formally known as Hospice Hope until October 2023 in 2012 it started by offering a weekly drop in support group called a Support Cafe in Ashby de la Zouch. Our Chair of Trustees Stewart has put together a short document about the history of our charity read our story here History of our charity Today The charity has grown from strength to strength and today successfully offers a wide range of support services including 3 Support Cafes located in Ashby Ibstock and Coalville counselling befriending complementary therapy wellness services and a new day care service.
