We are a charity run by a dedicated group of sports and medical professionals plus local volunteers. Our mission is to support and help women who have been through a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment to regain physical and mental wellbeing form a lasting support structure by following a tailor made 56 month social wellbeing and fitness programme to enable them to complete a triathlon and earn the exclusive Team Phoenix T Shirt and the coveted title 39Firebird39. Founded in 2016 by a group of friends between them they createda unique supportive pathway of fitness fun and friendship enabling survivors just like them to rise from the ashes and live again.
