Make a Difference If you are able we would be grateful for your support Supporting people to live well locally We support people who areliving in the community withlearning disabilities autismandmental wellbeing issues. Our Aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where people feel able to explore their opportunities and access their communities. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to supporting people to live well in the community and realise their goals to the fullest extent possible. We use Positive Behaviour Support to ensure the wellbeing and empowerment of the individuals we support.
