We can talk about our Listening service and how active listening can help alleviate stress and consider how to identify someone close to them who is struggling to cope. We are committed to supporting our local military establishments by attending welfare events and giving presentations to serving members of the armed forces on the importance of x27talkingx27 in coping with stress loss and mental health challenges.
