Spreading the Word Where It Matters Most Last week, Sam joined the NHS GP Trainee Programme to share the Fitmums & Friends story - what we do, why it matters, and how we’re making a difference in local communities. It was a brilliant opportunity to speak directly to a group of future GPs about the support we offer for physical and mental wellbeing. The feedback and conversations that followed were so positive - there’s real appetite for linking more people to what we do.
