Tunbridge Wells Welcomes Refugees We are group of residents who aim to welcome and support refugees arriving in Tunbridge Wells. What we do Using our members skills expertise and enthusiasm we are currently runninghelping in the following areas. The UK Government set up the Syrian Vulnerable Persons Relocation Scheme to help the most vulnerable refugees who need to be relocated outside their region of origin. Tunbridge Wells has pledged to resettle refugee families and TWWR is supporting the scheme by trying to secure housing and offering mentoring to refugees.
