Have you heard about the Hummingbird Bereavement Service? 💚 Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity and Cransley Hospice Trust have teamed up together to jointly fund a free counselling and bereavement support service for our community. The Hummingbird Service provides free counselling and bereavement support to patients, family and friends at any point from the diagnosis of a terminal illness, and is available to anyone over the age of 18 living in Northamptonshire.
