Since 2007 we've brought superb jazz to Leeds, and we've shown the world what Leeds can do too! UK Parliamentary Jazz award winners best UK jazz club 2016. JazzLeeds is an award winning independent jazz promoter. Our programme features music by local, national and international artists and we also support jazz in local schools, jazz workshops, and community jazz events. Our programme includes the Leeds Jazz Festival and the Jazz events in Chapel Allerton Arts Festival, evening and Sunday afternoon concerts with international, national and regional jazz artists, jazz workshops for schools and people who want to learn to play jazz, Jazz Voices choir where people learn vocal techniques and improvisation, jazz cafe jam sessions where we encourage people to join in.
