We want to train you to train others in your Community and beyond in CPR skills, defibrillator use and awareness. We provide free awareness sessions in CPR and defibrillators, to educate groups on he chain of survival, early recognition, early CPR and early defibrillation to help to increase the chance of survival of someone suffering an Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA). We show the practical skills of hands only CPR and using a defibrillator, and are able to dispel myths around this subject.

At Saving Lives Together SaLT we know that there is an effective way to save lives. It is our mission to teach readiness and empower people in the UK with the skills to perform CPR and use a defibrillator. Our Partners Our Mission Saving Lives Together was formed largely in response to a number of out of hospital cardiac arrests which occurred locally to us.
