It is November and that means it is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month Mental health is something we all have, no matter our gender, race, religion, nationality, etc. And just like any other aspect of us our mind can be less healthy or healthier. Men often suffer in silence out of fear to be judged as “weak” or “unmanly”. An example: Issues such as postpartum depression are rarely associated with men, even though studies show that men suffer from it the same amount women do (1 in 10). (fb)
