july was our busiest month ever. 1,044 therapy sessions. that’s 1,044 life-changing conversations. 1,044 moments of bravery. from 30 sessions in a month in january 2022 to over 1,000 sessions in july 2025. wow. this growth has only happened because of you and people like you supporting us. so, we hope you don’t mind but we have a favour to ask. as a small charity we don’t get government funding and 1044 sessions costs a huge amount to fund. so here’s the ask: would you be able to donate £5 a month? that’s the price of a coffee but in this context it helps save lives. if all 11,481 of our followers gave £5 a month, we could raise nearly £700,000 a year. that’s the power of people and what has been at the heart of everything we’ve done since day 1. so if you’re reading this thinking ‘my £5 won’t make a difference’ please know that it absolutely will. we’d love you to join us. sending a huge thank you to you in advance. link in bio to find out more 🧡 (fb)
